You have 14 calendar days to request a refund for any transaction done by you as a new client.
You are eligible for a refund of the payment received in case you choose not to continue with our service due to performance reasons or quality concerns.
Your refund request is subject to the eligibility of meeting all of our criteria.
2. Eligibility
- You have not previously received a refund, or partial refund.
- Refund request sent in the first 14 days from the date of transaction
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Transactions which are done for plan upgrades or downgrades from any plan to any plan, including upgrades from the free plan.
- Customers on private/custom plans which are not available on our website, but are offered by our support team, or other channels.
- Plans acquired at a discount via a coupon code.
3. Refund Timeline
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours to initiate your refund. After the refund is processed, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel any recurring subscription at any time without prior request or notice. Please note that once your subscription is cancelled and your remaining days are consume/passed, your account will automatically revert to the free plan.
