2. What data we collect

We automatically collect data through cookies that we place on your device, including analytics information with the help of Google Analytics. 
This data may include the IP address from which the connection is made, the type of device used and its characteristics, the version of the operating system, browser type, language settings, date and time of the request, country, the URLs you come from and go to, and other related information.

Additionally, users may voluntarily provide us with personal information such as their name, email address, or payment details when contacting us, signing up for the service, or purchasing a subscription.

3. How do we use the data collected

We use the data we collect for various purposes, including administering and updating the Service, responding to your inquiries, sending you newsletters and promotional offers via email, managing your registration on the platform, providing services related to your subscription, processing your payments and issuing corresponding invoices, maintaining the security of the Service, investigating illicit activities, enforcing our terms and conditions, and assisting law enforcement agencies in their investigations.

4. How long do we keep the collected data

We strive to keep data at little as required, while also following the law. We distinguish the data into 3 categories, that will be detailed below:

  1. Customer Data: Will be kept up to 6 years, in accordance with art. 30 of the Commercial Code.
  2. User Data: Will be kept based on their specific subscription level, or until the user requests for it's data to be deleted.
    1. We also define “inactivity” as a user that didn't login in the Service for the past 12 month, period after we delete the user data.
  3. Disaggregated/Anonymized Data: Will be kept with no expiry set to it (e.g. Nr. of Clicks, Nr. of Users, etc.)

5. Your Rights as a User

Right of Access: You have the right to obtain confirmation from us, the data controller, about whether or not we are processing your personal data.

Right of Rectification: You have the right to request, without unjustified delay, the correction of inaccurate personal data that directly affects you. Additionally, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, which may include providing an additional statement.

Right of Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data without unjustified delay. Please send us an email at support@weaveen.com for your request to be processed.

Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to obtain a restriction on the processing of your data from the data controller. This right can be exercised in two scenarios: 

  1. When you contest the accuracy of your personal data, allowing time for us to verify it;
  2. When you have objected to our processing of your personal data based on legitimate interest or public interest, pending verification of whether our reasons override yours.

Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another data controller without hindrance from us. This type of requests usually take 2 to 4 weeks for us to provide you with an CSV that contains all data we have for your user account.

In this context, you also have the right to have your personal data transmitted directly from one data controller to another, where technically feasible.

7. Data Security Statement

Weaveen is committed to implementing all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the security and integrity of the personal and non-personal information we collect. We strive to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, accidental alteration, loss, or destruction.

However, please be aware that while we make every effort to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to collaborate with us and exercise common sense when sharing information.

In the event that we detect any data breach, we will promptly communicate with you in a timely manner, providing clear details about what has occurred.

We also ask that you understand and acknowledge that even after deletion, personal and non-personal information may remain viewable in cached pages or if copied or stored by other users.
